Know before you buy.

Most business owners approach AI backwards: they find a product they like, buy it, and then discover their business is not in a position to use it well. The result is a failed pilot, a team that distrusts AI tools, and a leadership team that has to explain what went wrong.

The AI Agent Readiness Audit Workshop runs the diagnostic first. You assess your business across five readiness dimensions before any product evaluation happens. The output is a scored baseline, a ranked list of AI use cases for your current stage, and a twelve-week roadmap.

The methodology is adapted from the PIF (Public Investment Fund, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) capability-diagnostic framework and Appendix A of AI at Scale: From Pilot to Production, scaled for SME marketing operations.

What gets assessed.

Five dimensions. Each one maps to a practical question you can answer about your business without a technical team.

01

Data Readiness

Do you have the data your AI system will need, and is it in a usable state? Customer records, purchase history, campaign performance, product catalogue. Is it accessible, clean, and current?

02

Process Definition

Are the tasks you want to automate documented, bounded, and consistent? If you cannot describe the process in enough detail for a new employee to follow on day one, the AI system will surface the ambiguity as unpredictable behaviour.

03

Governance Structure

Who approves AI-assisted decisions? Who checks the outputs? What happens when the AI is wrong? These are not compliance questions. They are operational questions every business using AI needs to answer.

04

Team Capability

Can your team operate, review, and correct AI outputs without specialist support? The test is not technical sophistication. It is whether the people who need to use the tool daily can do so with enough confidence to catch errors.

05

Measurement Framework

Do you know what business outcome you are trying to move, and how you will measure whether it moved? Measurement needs to be designed before deployment. Otherwise there is no baseline to compare against.

Before you book.

Do I need technical knowledge to attend?

No. The workshop is designed for business owners and decision-makers with no AI background. The diagnostic assesses your business operations, not your technical skills. No coding, no data science, no prior AI experience required.

What industries does this suit?

The five-dimension framework is industry-agnostic — it assesses data, process, governance, team capability, and measurement, which apply to any business. Past participants have included professional services firms, marketing agencies, retail operators, and B2B service providers. If you have repeatable processes and customer data, the framework applies.

How is this different from a generic AI workshop?

Most AI workshops teach you what AI can do. This one assesses whether your business is positioned to use it. The output is a scored diagnosis of your specific business, not a generic overview of AI technology. The methodology is adapted from the same capability-assessment framework used in national infrastructure programmes, not a vendor playbook.

What do I need to prepare before the session?

Nothing formal. It helps to come with a specific process or function in mind that you are considering automating or improving with AI. The workshop will structure your thinking around it. No pre-reading or data preparation is required.

Is the workshop available online or in-person only?

Both. The cohort diagnostic runs equally well in-person or virtual. In-person sessions are held in Singapore. Virtual sessions use a structured facilitation format that maintains the same working session quality.

What is the cohort size and why is it limited to twelve?

Maximum twelve participants. The diagnostic includes working sessions where each participant assesses their own business and receives facilitated feedback. A larger group prevents the depth of individual engagement that makes the scorecard output actionable rather than generic.

Can I bring my leadership team?

Yes, and it is often more valuable when multiple functions attend together. The governance dimension in particular benefits from having both the decision-maker and the person who runs the relevant process in the same room. Teams of 2–4 from the same organisation tend to produce more immediately actionable roadmaps.

What happens after the workshop?

You leave with a scored baseline across five dimensions, a prioritised use case, and a twelve-week roadmap. For organisations that want structured support implementing the roadmap, RMC-accredited advisory follow-up is available through the Two-Day Masterclass programme.

Start with the free self-assessment.

The five-part AI Readiness Self-Assessment Series covers the same framework as the workshop. Each article ends with a partial self-check you can complete in under ten minutes. Work through all five and you have a partial scorecard before you commit to anything.
