An AI keynote speaker based in Singapore, for boards and public agencies.

I speak from production deployments in Singapore and the Gulf. If your audience has already seen the demo and wants to know what production takes, that is the talk I give.

Executive Director, AI Governance & Assurance Practice, Orion Five Engineering

Five kinds of room, one kind of talk.

Boards and audit committees

A plain-language briefing on what the board is accountable for once AI is in production, and the four questions to ask management.

C-suite offsites

A working session on taking one pilot to production, with the readiness score and the measurement baseline done in the room.

Ministry and statutory-board leadership forums

Governance and assurance for public-sector AI, drawn from national infrastructure programmes in Singapore and the Gulf.

Industry associations

Keynotes and panels for members who are past the demo stage and need to know what production takes.

Universities and executive education

Guest lectures and case teaching on AI governance, Return on Employee and agentic systems.

Smart Nation Digital Infrastructure Panel, Singapore, 2025

Four talks, each rebuilt for the room.

01

AI Readiness Diagnostics

The five-dimension framework for assessing whether an organisation is positioned to deploy AI productively.

02

Governing Agentic AI Systems

How to design oversight structures that maintain accountability when AI acts without human approval for every step.

03

Measuring AI ROI

Two measurement layers, model performance and business outcome, and what to measure in the first ninety days. Includes the Return on Employee (RoE) framework for workforce-aligned impact reporting.

04

AI Governance for Non-Technical Leaders

Choose the format, I will fit the content.

  • Keynote30, 45 or 60 minutes
  • PanelPanellist or moderator
  • ModeratorPlenary or track sessions
  • Closed-door executive briefingBoard, C-suite or agency leadership, under NDA on request
  • Half-day workshopFacilitated, with a benchmarked readiness score

You will hear back within one business day. Confidential briefings are held under NDA on request.

I have sat on the other side of the table. I have signed the deployment brief, answered to the board when a pilot stalled, and carried a platform through its first security review with six thousand engineers waiting on it. So when I talk about governance, I am describing the escalation path I built, and when I talk about measurement, I am describing the baseline I wish I had taken earlier. None of it is speculation about what AI might do in 2030. All of it is what it did last quarter, and what I would do differently next time. That is the difference your audience will hear, and it is the reason a chief executive can leave the room with something to act on the same week.

What are your speaking fees?

Fees are quoted on enquiry and depend on format, preparation and travel. Send the date, audience and format and you will have a quote within one business day.

How much lead time do you need?

For a Singapore event, four to six weeks is comfortable. Shorter notice is often workable for panels and moderation. For a customised keynote or a closed-door briefing, allow six to eight weeks so the content can be built around your audience.

Do you speak in person or virtually?

Both. I am based in Singapore and appear in person across Asia and the Middle East. Virtual keynotes and briefings are delivered from a wired studio setup with a 30-minute tech check beforehand.

Can the talk be customised to our sector or organisation?

Yes. Every keynote is rebuilt for the room. A short pre-call with the organiser, and where possible with two or three attendees, sets the examples, the regulatory context and the level of technical depth.

What languages do you speak in?

English.

Tell me the room and the outcome you want.

Send the date, audience and format. I will reply with a proposed angle and a quote. You will hear back within one business day.

Before You Go

Most of the rooms I speak in are within a taxi ride of my desk, and I like it that way. A Singapore audience is polite, well briefed and sceptical, which means the only thing that works is telling them what happened. If you are organising something here and want a speaker who will do that, send me the date. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.
