Two days. One governed, AI-augmented business model.

A two-day masterclass that produces a governed, AI-augmented version of your own business model, built in the room, by you, with KPIs attached. You leave with something to execute, not something to think about.

A business model redesign workshop

Your business model is the object being redesigned, not a list of tools. Every augmentation is paired with a governance control and a KPI before moving to the next block. You leave holding a reworked canvas and a first-90-days execution roadmap.

  • DurationTwo full days including working sessions

Three signs your growth is capped by how you're using AI.

01

You've bought or tried several AI tools, but none of them changed how the business runs.

02

You're already busy running the business, so "thinking clearly about AI strategy" keeps losing to this week's fires.

03

A client, partner, or grant application has already asked how you govern AI, and you didn't have a ready answer.

Three things no competitor in market combines.

01

Business model, not tool list

AI becomes an operating layer, not a list of tools layered onto an unchanged model.

02

Governance embedded from block one

IMDA and ISO/IEC 42001 applied as design constraints, not summarised in a closing compliance slide.

03

Credentials you can verify

AIGP, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, and RMC credentials alongside production-scale deployment experience. No other mid-market-facing programme combines these.

Nine blocks. Every one reworked for AI.

This is the Business Model Canvas you leave with, the same structure used to map any business, with an AI angle worked into every block during the two days.

AI-Augmented

Key Partners

Vendors, data sources, and advisors your AI layer depends on.

AI-Augmented

Key Activities

Which operations get automated, and which keep a human checkpoint.

AI-Augmented

Key Resources

The data, tools, and skills your AI model runs on.

AI-Augmented

Value Propositions

Where AI creates value your competitors can't easily copy.

AI-Augmented

Customer Relationships

How AI handles routine contact while you keep the judgment calls.

AI-Augmented

Channels

Which customer touchpoints get an AI-assisted layer.

AI-Augmented

Customer Segments

Who your augmented model serves, segmented by need.

AI-Augmented

Cost Structure

What the AI layer costs to run.

AI-Augmented

Revenue Streams

New or protected revenue from AI, priced and modelled.

Let's Talk

Preparation that makes the two days work.

To ensure Day 1 begins at canvas validation rather than data collection, participants complete the following at least five business days before the programme date.

01

Business profile questionnaire

Revenue model, headcount, systems in use, and any existing AI or automation, so the facilitator knows which canvas blocks need most attention.

02

AI readiness self-assessment

A four-dimension baseline across data, process, digital literacy, and governance, completed before you arrive.

03

One-page problem statement

The single business problem you most want this programme to resolve, in your own words.

Before you apply.

Why should I do this now rather than wait until things calm down?

Because things rarely calm down, and every quarter you wait is a quarter a competitor spends building an AI-augmented advantage you'll have to catch up to instead of setting the pace yourself. The two days are structured so you don't have to find the time. It's carved out for you.

What if I've already tried a few AI tools and nothing changed?

That's the most common starting point, not an exception. Tools bolted onto an unchanged business model rarely move the numbers. This programme starts from the business model itself, so whatever you build fits how your business makes money.

What happens if I don't attend and keep going as I am?

Nothing happens immediately, which is the risk. AI tool spend keeps accumulating without a strategy behind it, and the gap between businesses with a governed AI model and those without one tends to show up suddenly, in a lost deal, a client's due-diligence question, or a competitor's pricing you can no longer match.

Next cohort open for applications.

Every AI tool adopted without a redesigned business model underneath it is another year of running faster without going anywhere new. Limited to twelve participants. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.

Before You Go

Twelve people in a room is a deliberate choice, not a venue constraint. Past that number, the conversation stops being about your business model and starts being a lecture, and I didn't build this to lecture at people. The sessions I remember are the ones where someone's assumption got challenged out loud by a peer. That only happens at a size where everyone still has to speak. Small, and slower to fill, is the version that changes how people think.
