Combined AI Governance Board Pack
If you have run any of the 7 governance tools below in this browser, this page gathers their saved results into one paper for an audit or risk committee: a one-page summary, the findings from each tool, the questions to put to management and the evidence to ask for. It reads only what is stored on this device and sends nothing to any server.

The Combined AI Governance Board Pack
How the pack works
A committee usually receives AI governance in fragments: a readiness score from one team, an agent register from another, a regulatory screening from a third. The pack puts every result you have saved into one paper. Each tool keeps its own scoring; the pack adds nothing to it. What the pack adds is the consolidation: every open gap becomes a question for management, and every missing record becomes an evidence request.
7 saved results, one paper for the committee
- Board oversightQuestions not yet answered in full

The pack reads only what each tool saved in this browser. A tool you have not run appears as a prompt to complete it, with no placeholder figures.

Results are saved by each tool as you answer it, and this page updates when you save one in another tab. A tool you have not used here appears in the pack as a prompt to complete it, with no placeholder figures. Only the public-sector impact assessment records when it was saved, so the other sections show the date this pack was assembled.
Next: complete any of the tools above in this browser, then come back to print the pack.
Your board pack
Each section of the pack comes from one tool. To add a section, run the Board AI Oversight Checklist, the ISO 42001 AIMS Readiness Checklist, the ISO/IEC 42001 Clause Readiness Calculator, the Agent Risk Assessment Matrix, the Technology Risk Board Pack, the EU AI Act Risk Classifier or the Public Sector Algorithmic Impact Assessment in this browser. For the capacity question behind human review, the Oversight Ceiling Calculator shows how many decisions a reviewer can genuinely check. The full set sits under Board and governance.

Most committees I brief get AI governance in fragments: an ISO readiness score from one team, an agent register from another, a technology risk paper from a third. The questions that matter sit in the gaps between them. I built this page so the results arrive as one paper, with the questions to put to management and the evidence to ask for, before the meeting rather than after it.
