With twenty-five years of leading large-scale digital transformation projects across Asia and the Middle East, I have learned that resilient systems are built around people, not just technology. I specialise in strategic integration of Generative and Deterministic AI, Smart City frameworks, and Advanced Security Architectures, working on some of the region's most complex and high-stakes infrastructure initiatives. My expertise spans environments such as airports, cities, and critical national assets, requiring architectures that are technically robust, resilient, auditable, and precisely governed.

AI & Digital Transformation
Developing enterprise-level AI ecosystems, including large language models, Vector/Graph/Hybrid RAG systems, and deterministic frameworks, deployed at scale to enhance engineering and asset management workflows.

Smart Cities & Infrastructure
Designing integrated ICT and IoT platforms for smart city development, including operations and command centres (IOCC) and digital twin environments.

Security & Governance
As a Certified Counter Terrorism Practitioner (CCTP), I combine strategic risk management with AI-driven threat intelligence to safeguard critical infrastructure. I also lead AI governance initiatives aligned with Singapore's IMDA framework and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
