Leave with your business redesigned for AI, not just briefed on it.

A two-day masterclass that produces a governed, AI-augmented version of your own business model — built in the room, by you, with KPIs attached.

Business model redesign. Not another AI tools course.

Most AI training teaches you which tools exist and how to use them. This programme treats your business model as the object being redesigned — using the Business Model Canvas as the working artefact and AI augmentation as the design constraint applied to each of its nine blocks.

Over two days, you work through your own business — customer segments, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, cost structure — and identify where AI changes what each block requires, removes, or makes newly possible. Every augmentation is paired with a governance control and a KPI before you move to the next block.

You leave holding your own reworked canvas, a first-90-days execution roadmap, and access to a follow-up consultancy pathway under the facilitator's Registered Management Consultant accreditation — which is the recognised basis for Enterprise Singapore EDG-related advisory work.

Apply for the Next Cohort

Three things no competitor in market combines.

Business model, not tool list

Competing programmes teach AI inside existing functions. This programme treats the Business Model Canvas as the object being redesigned — so AI becomes an operating layer, not a list of tools layered onto an unchanged model.

Governance embedded from block one

The IMDA Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI and ISO/IEC 42001 are applied as design constraints during canvas construction — not summarised in a closing compliance slide.

Credentials you can verify

The facilitator holds AI Governance Professional (AIGP), ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, and Registered Management Consultant (RMC) credentials alongside production-scale AI deployment experience across national infrastructure programmes. No other SME-facing programme in market combines these.

Preparation that makes the two days work.

To ensure Day 1 begins at canvas validation rather than data collection, participants complete the following at least five business days before the programme date.

01

Business profile questionnaire

Covering revenue model, headcount, core systems in use, and any existing AI or automation. Allows the facilitator to pre-identify which canvas blocks require the most attention for your business.

02

AI readiness self-assessment

Across four dimensions: data availability, process documentation, workforce digital literacy, and existing governance or compliance practice. Establishes your baseline before you arrive.

03

One-page problem statement

In your own words, the single business problem you most want this programme to resolve. Used by the facilitator to prepare targeted canvas guidance specific to your situation.

Next cohort open for applications.
