One session solves one decision. A programme keeps generating new ones.
A recurring monthly advisory arrangement, with me directly, for leaders whose AI programme has moved past the first decision and now needs continued, direct access as it evolves.
A single session resolves a single decision. Your programme does not stop there.
After the first vendor decision, the next quarter brings a governance question. After that, a new use case to prioritise, a board query to prepare for, a hire to make. Each one is a real decision. Rebooking a fresh 90-minute session for every one of them means re-explaining your business from scratch, every time.
A retainer removes the cold start. Context carries over from one session to the next, so the conversation begins where the last one ended, not from an intake form.
Most of the value I've seen clients get isn't from any single answer. It's from having someone who already knows the shape of your business ask the next question before you've fully formed it yourself. That only happens with continuity. A one-off session, however good, resets to zero the moment it ends.
"The clients who get the most out of ongoing advisory aren't the ones with the biggest single decision. They're the ones whose programme keeps generating decisions faster than a quarterly check-in can keep up with."
Terence KokYour AI programme keeps generating new decisions.
- You've completed the Executive Programme or Masterclass and want continued support executing the roadmap, not just the diagnostic
- Your programme touches several decisions a quarter: new vendors, new use cases, governance questions, board queries
- You want one advisor who already knows your context, not a fresh briefing every time you need help
- You're building internal AI capability and want a standing sounding board while your team levels up
- You want continuity of judgment across a sequence of decisions, not a single diagnosis
You have exactly one decision to resolve.
- You have one specific challenge and no expectation of ongoing need: the single 90-minute session is the better fit
- You haven't yet done a baseline assessment: the AI Governance & ROI Executive Programme is the better first step
- You need hands-on implementation or engineering delivery: that is a scoped project engagement, not an advisory retainer
Depending on where you are, one of these is likely the better starting point:
Private AI Strategy Session →AI Governance & ROI Executive Programme →
Government & Enterprise Programmes →
Three steps from baseline to a compounding roadmap.
Establish the baseline
If you've already been through the Executive Programme or Masterclass, we start from that scorecard. If not, the first retainer session establishes where things actually stand before we go further.
Monthly cadence
A recurring monthly session, scheduled in advance, with priority access if a decision surfaces that can't wait for the next scheduled slot.
A living roadmap, not a one-time document
Each session builds on the last. Instead of a single write-up, you get an accumulating record: decisions made, open questions, and next quarter's priorities, updated after every session.

Scheduled in advance, revisited every month
A retainer session goes on the calendar the same way every month, not booked fresh each time against open availability. That standing slot is what makes priority access possible: if something can't wait, you're not competing with new applicants for the next open session.
A record that grows, not a document that resets
Every retainer session adds to the same running record instead of producing a new, disconnected write-up: what was decided, what's still open, and what the next month's priorities are. By the third or fourth session, that record is doing work no single 90-minute write-up ever could.

Four things a one-off session structurally cannot.
No re-briefing
Context carries over. Sessions don't spend the first twenty minutes re-establishing your business, your constraints, or what was already decided.
Priority access
Retainer clients get scheduling priority over new single-session applicants, useful when a decision can't wait for the open calendar.
A standing sounding board
Something to test a decision against before it's final, not just a diagnosis after something has already gone wrong.
Compounding judgment
A view of your programme that gets sharper every quarter, rather than a fresh diagnostic that restarts from zero each time.
Different formats for a different kind of need.
What people ask before enquiring.
How is this different from booking single sessions repeatedly?
Context carries over. If you rebook one-off sessions, each one restarts from a fresh intake. On a retainer, we pick up where the last session left off, and the running notes accumulate into a roadmap rather than a series of unconnected write-ups. Retainer clients also get priority scheduling over new single-session applicants.
What is the minimum commitment?
A quarter. AI programmes rarely surface enough new decisions in a single month to justify a recurring arrangement over a one-off session — a quarter is where the continuity actually pays off. After the initial quarter, it continues on a rolling monthly basis until either side ends it.
Do I need to complete the Executive Programme or Masterclass first?
Not strictly, but it helps. Clients who arrive with a baseline scorecard get more out of the first retainer session, because it is not spent establishing where things stand. If you have not done a baseline assessment, that can be folded into the first session instead.
What happens between monthly sessions if something urgent comes up?
Retainer clients get priority scheduling for an additional session inside the month if a decision cannot wait. That is one of the practical differences from booking on the open calendar, where single-session availability is shared across all applicants.
Can I pause or end the retainer?
Yes, after the initial quarter. It runs on a rolling monthly basis and either side can end it with notice ahead of the next cycle.
Is this available outside Singapore?
Yes. Sessions run via video call for clients outside Singapore, the same as the single-session format. In-person can be arranged for clients in Singapore, subject to scheduling.
